ALS uses C-Track to monitor where machines are and what they do, which can serve as a verification system to clients to check the actual workings hours of a machine.
The C-track range works with GPS/GSM real time vehicle track and trace systems and are based on the latest world-class technology. The Global Positioning System (GPS) is able to provide vehicle position within 10 metres average accuracy and the GSM networks then transmits information real time, 24-hours a day, all year round.
At ALS each machine is fitted with a SIM card that communicates data to a centralised hub. The central Hub, by means of GPRS technology, can monitor all aspects of the machine, from how it is being driven to whether it needs maintenance.
