“We challenge ourselves to keep the awareness of safety ever present in the minds of all ALS’ employees”

Malan le Roux – ISO Manager

Ongoing training plays a key role in the promotion of safety and is a major component in the maintenance of safety.  At the start and end of each shift, workers are required to take part in safety discussions.  These are then recorded on paper.  Also for each vehicle there is a checklist which needs to be completed before every shift.  Beginning work in this way orientates the attitudes of employees towards safe practices.

Currently ALS is working towards gaining full ISO 9000, 14 000 and 18 000 accreditation.
